A premium and fast, before the end of the next possible business day, worldwide delivery service. This is definitely very important for shipping delicate and transport sensitive chocolate masks.
The shipping costs and estimated transit time are calculated live during the checkout.
SENDING TIME
When ready, the chocolate mask will be despatch the next ‘sending day’. The sending-days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so the package could be delivered to you that same week. By this, we avoid that the parcel with delicate chocolate masks has a standstill over the weekend somewhere in the transport warehouse.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time depends on destination.
- For The Netherlands it is usually next business day.
- For Europe between next day and 2 business days.
- For United States between 2 and 3 business days.
- For the rest of the World between 3 and 5 business days.
TRACK & TRACE
After the shipment is dispatched you will receive the confirmation email with the tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package until the final delivery.
EXTRA SERVICE: ON DEMAND DELIVERY
On Demand Delivery (ODD) is one extra convenient and flexible delivery service options.
After your shipment has been transferred to DHL Express, you will immediately receive a message by SMS and/or e-mail and be informed about the expected day of delivery.
The message contains a link to the ODD system. Through ODD, you can directly decide how, where and when delivery takes place. You can change the date and the time slot of delivery. On the day of delivery you will receive another message by SMS and/or e-mail so that you know exactly when you can expect the package. The shipment will be delivered to the original address provided without further notice.
DELIVERY DURING SUMMER TIME
During the summer months when the average daily temperature of destination country is higher than 24° C (75° F) we do not ship our products.
